A lot of guys act like they never left middle school. Their bodies grew up but their minds
and hearts never did. They define their manhood by their ability to have sex but in
truth they are impotent in the role they were created for. They are passive as
leaders, irresponsible employees, negligent husbands and absent fathers
(assuming they are willing to commit to such a high level of responsibility at all).
You can call them guys, or males, or boys...but don't call them men. It takes
more than a... uh hum, a Y chromosome to be a man. Guys, it's time to restore your
man card, it's time to MAN UP!
We highly value women in ministry, leadership, the home, and the workplace.
This is not about taking anything away from women, but rather showing a more
faithful portrait of the Biblical Man to a culture incredibly confused about
what it means to be a man. If you are a man, or know one in need of
understanding the challenges of manhood, Man Up is for you!)
