#MYLIFEMYRULES - WEEK 5

Back about 11 years ago I decided to investigate God, Jesus, and the Bible. I would always say I believe in Jesus but I didn’t realize there was much more to it then that. Back then I would have even said I was saved and going to heaven. So, during my search, I read the Bible and attended church here at Lifeway. I really got to discover what it means to be a follower of Jesus. A true follower. My eyes opened up and I want others to see what I saw. To see how great our Lord is and what He has to offer us. How He can give us peace in a world of chaos, especially during times like now. But every time I would research and discover new things, other questions would pop up. Which is great! It kept me and it will keep you on pursuing God. Never stop pursuing Him. This week in week 5 of #MYLIFEMYRULES we look at a most significant question that we will ever ask ourselves. 1. Most people believe in heaven or a place after this life. Jesus talks about heaven where we can live forever that is untainted. A place where love, joy, peace is unmanipulated? Does heaven seem too good to be real?
2. Jesus gave us a formula to get to eternal life and heaven. The question is, if you don’t believe the words of Jesus, who or what are you going to believe?
3. What is it that we can do to gain access to heaven? Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 3:10 & 23
4. Who is it that we can trust and follow to gain access to heaven? John 14:6, Acts 2:36
